EXAM RULES FOR STUDENTS
1) Students are required to have a photo ID (Faculty ID card, identity card, driver's license, passport, etc.) with them in the exams. Students who do not have an ID card with them will not be admitted to the exam.
2) Students must take the exam in the halls determined by the Dean's Office.
3) Students who take the exam will not leave the exam hall for the first 20 minutes until the attendance chart is signed.
4) Students can’t place books, notebooks, lecture notes, etc. under the desks or above them in the exam halls. All of the above items will be kept on the table in the hall or on the heating pads until the end of the exam.
5) Students who leave the exam hall for whatever reason will not be able to enter the exam hall until the end of the exam.
6) Students will write their names, surnames and their Faculty numbers on the question and answer sheets with a pen or in a ballpoint pen before the exam starts. Pencil will never be used. It is the responsibility of the student to have a pen or ballpoint pen. For whatever it is forbidden to exchange or use common pencil, eraser, ruler, etc. such tools during the exam.
7) Students must obey all the warnings of the supervisors in the exam hall.
8) Students will not bring or keep a dictionary in the exam hall without the permission of the lecturer.
9) Students who leave the exam hall are prohibited from gathering in the corridors until the end of the exam and verbally commenting on the exam questions until they leave the corridor.
10) Students are prohibited from talking to supervisors during the exam and asking irrelevant questions.
11) It is forbidden for students to look at another's paper, to talk to others, and to show their paper during the exam. Opposite actions will be treated like cheating.
12) During the exam, mobile phones must be kept off.
13) Students can learn their exam grades with their passwords at http://ubs.nevsehir.edu.tr.
14) Legal action will be taken against students who do not comply with the above mentioned rules.
